Return Policy

Our mission is to spread access to the best and most personalized experience to every person in the Kush Cart family. We strive to help get the best product for you, but occasionally we miss the mark or a positive experience is shorted due to a defective product. In these cases, follow the below guidelines and we’ll do what we can to find a solution.

All returns must go through the Kush Cart Customer Care team. Drivers do not have the authority or ability to coordinate returns.

Responses can take up to 2 Business Days. You may also call the customer care team at (971) 229-1281.

Defective Product?

Item must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange.

The following must be applicable for a product defect return/refunds:

>> Must have 30% or more of product remaining.
>> Product must be returned with packaging.
>> Replacement product must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price.​

Unsatisfied?

Item must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please describe why you are unsatisfied with your product experience.

Here are some example reasons:

>> Bad experience: allergic reaction, got very anxious/paranoid, topical relief did not work.
>> Lack of potency: Smoked a bowl and felt nothing.
>> Lack of quality for price – Heavy stems and seeds, mold, bad taste.

The following must be applicable:

>> Product must be 90% remaining
>> Product must be returned with packaging and receipt
>> Replacement product must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price.
>> Please note, any product returned will be completely disposed of due to OLCC regulations.

Coordinating product exchanges and returns

Product exchanges can be made on your following order after return approval. If a sooner time is desired we ask that we coordinate a time when we are around your area to make the swap. Exchanges will be brought to you at no additional costs​.

If a refund is desired, refunds can be issued as a credit to your account. If a full cash refund is desired please make note of this and a customer care team member will reach out.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange, denials are likely made when:

>> Frequent returns & exchanges are requested by the same individual
>> Unfounded, unreasonable claims
