As part of our effort to provide you with the most up-to-date information about our services and the current rules regarding legal marijuana consumption, we have created this condensed list of “DOs” and “DON’Ts” for you to keep in mind!

LEGAL MARIJUANA DELIVERY

We DO deliver…

  • To any residence, such as a house or apartment, within the city limits of Portland, OR!
  • To individuals who are 21* or older, and can show a valid government ID when your purchase is delivered!
  • *18 or older for medical marijuana patients!
  • Up to the following amounts of each cannabis product:

Recreational Daily Limits for Legal Marijuana

    • 1oz of flower
    • 5 grams of concentrates
    • 16oz of edibles in solid form
    • 72oz edibles liquid form

Medical (OMMP) Daily Limits

    • 8 oz of flower
    • 5 grams of concentrates
    • 16oz of edibles in solid form
    • 72oz edibles liquid form
    • 10 cannabis seeds
    • to any residence before 9:00 p.m. local time!

We DON’T deliver to…

    • dormitories, hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, or similar businesses.
      a home or residence on public land.
    • the same residence more than once per day.
    • individuals who are visibly intoxicated, or threaten the comfort and safety of our drivers.
    • individuals who DO NOT have a valid ID on hand at the time their purchase is delivered.
    • individuals who are under the age of 21**.
    • **under the age of 18 for medical cannabis patients.
    • to any residence between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. local time.

CANNABIS CONSUMPTION DO…

  • enjoy cannabis products in the comfort and security of your home!

DON’T…

  • consume cannabis/products in any public space (such as hallways, sidewalks, parks, etc.) or at any establishment with a state-issued liquor or marijuana license.
  • transport marijuana products across state lines.
  • drive under the influence of any cannabis products.
